-Longer than average hours, avg about 50hrs per week. Not as bad as AI startups, but worse than some other tech companies -Sales org is a "boys club" -Feedback from VP's is almost always negative, even if you've done well expect the VPs to be mad. They're sharp and usually correct, but lean too far to the critical. Many I know are afraid to meet with the VPs, even for projects that are going well. However, team leads and local managers are much more amicable, and willing to shield you from a lot of this.

Closing and moving operations to Mexico

Hectic schedules and full time on site.

Benefits are not good and comparable to other company / industry. No performance bonus, meal allowance, leave conversion, reimbursement, shuttle service and company engagement activities (Sportsfest, Family Day or Summer Outing)

Annual salary increase can be low but still depending on performance

Upper management, though, is TOXIC. There are CONSTANT re-orgs, leadership keeps changing, and priorities shift nonstop. It’s hard to get anything done when your team or direction keeps getting flipped. They also shut down multiple sites and moved work to Mexico, which added even more instability. If you want stability and growth, DO NOT join. The people are great, but management will burn you out.

Some managers are in remote location

Can be very very busy, I rarely if ever took a break, but I didn't mind all that much. Lack of parts availability could hamper output which was frustrating.
