There are no benefits to working for this hospital system. The run the company as a church and support their own.
Cons
Ratings are high because most of the employees are of the Adventist religion. They take care and only promote their own. In fact, an audit should be conducted because they are not following the 49% mandate for hiring non- Adventist employees. Most leaders are new to their positions and lacking the skills to manage or lead.
