Pros
Cluster head is organized and approachable. One afternoon a week to prepare for lessons. Assistant teachers have a lot of initiative.
Cons
Interns and new teachers do not get much guidance. Politics, biasness, mild bullying in hierarchy. CEO appears to listen to you, but nothing effective will be done. No strong culture of children’s day and teachers day celebration compared to other schools.
