Pros

* Strong environment for early-career professionals to develop valuable experience and build transferable skills applicable across a variety of industries and roles. * Founders demonstrate a genuine commitment to the organization's stated values and mission. * Employees are provided opportunities to participate in community involvement and volunteer initiatives during paid work time, reinforcing the company's investment in giving back to the community.

Cons

* Compensation is below market rates for comparable roles, and the company does not offer performance-based bonuses. * Limited schedule flexibility, which can make work-life balance challenging. * Employees are encouraged to take on additional responsibilities and grow within their roles, but advancement in compensation and title does not always align with those increased expectations. * Management often prioritizes short-term fixes over long-term process improvements, resulting in recurring inefficiencies and a "band-aid" approach to operational challenges. * The company places a strong emphasis on workplace culture, but some initiatives can feel inauthentic or forced. For example, employees may receive appreciation messages from managers they have never worked with or interacted with directly.

Pros

Lots of "culture" activities and a potential beach trip. And more free T-shirts than you could ever wear

Cons

In my experience, more effort was spent on culture than on creating a functional work environment in the creative department. This department is seen as a money losing department that the company does not want to invest in and sees as a bonus to their clients. Which it is. But no amount of donuts, happy hours or tshirts can make up for being expected to do the work without the time it tools you need to accomplish them. Management of the department seems out of touch with the most up to date marketing trends and techniques, but still expects results. It's definitely the type of place where they day things like, "this team is like a family" but when one of the "children" raises concerns about work loads, or asks for flexible work accomodations, it's an issue. It feels a bit like you're being lulled into a sense that they care about you and your opinions. But if you do work there, know that you should not be honest on your anonymous yearly reviews. You will definitely be singled out for speaking up. Go with the flow, enjoy the parties, don't complain.

Pros

Great culture, smart executives, very sustainable business model that will only continue to grow and grow.

Cons

Company doesn’t hire proactively and it can cause a lot of the employees to be overworked and stressed.
