      Pros

      Some genuinely nice people who are pleasant to work with. Fully remote with a fair level of flexibility. Good training opportunities.

      Cons

      Pretends to be friendly and approachable but, when it comes to it, you are still just a number and they have no issues in total fabrications being used rather than being upfront about a working situation. Would personally avoid it you’re looking for fair collaboration and a genuine say in creative input, or to be able to trust what you’re being told by colleagues and management without sudden nasty surprises.

      Pros

      Innovative company with a lot of possibilities for everyone to participate in tool development. All profiles can participate to calls and speak up, especially if they have different opinions, that is appreciated. Very flexible company :)

      Cons

      Work / life balance is the worst I have seen. A lot of investment is required from employees, not a lot is given in return and the organization is not always fair with team members and open in the communication. Working at a distance with virtual teams has its limits, lack of real human management.

      Extremely poor leadership at the VP and Executive levels when it comes to communicating, motivating and leading employees. Health care is 'okay' compensation is below average. Workloads can vary dramatically and when they are heavy they are extremely heavy with little to no support. Leadership would rather be doing 'white papers' and studies it seems as opposed to supporting staff with resources and knowledge
