Working at ADVYON is a great experience for the right person. Self starters who are internally motivated to give an incredible service experience to customers excel here. The culture is open minded with a strong focus on work life balance. Teammates enjoy setting their own calendars, unlimited PTO and other traditional perks of a large company without the rigidness of a corporate environment. The team is very centric and helps each other daily.
Cons
For new starters to the tech industry, there can be a lot to learn and experience is helpful. People who are not customer centric may have a hard time here as the team holds each teammate to the highest standards of service.
