      Pros

      I always learn something new with them, especially in Tech Marketing. The working hours are super dynamic, and management focuses only on deliveries and quality. It's really fun to work and they invest in teaching employees. everyone is accountable which makes the work smooth.

      Cons

      online work may cause some miscommunication especially for those who never used to work in such environment but they have communication management that helps us to work together if you rely on it.
