Highly skilled and knowledgeable people. Friendly people who work well together. Management has listened to suggestions and has implemented many. Great central SL Valley location.

Not many - but no company is perfect.

Pros

Promising high tech company attempting to push the limits to deliver high quality geospatial products, flexible work schedule.

Cons

Benefits and time off are sub par, even when time off was scheduled months in advance problems would arise days before leaving because some positions have zero backup. No sick time means you're expected to work through sickness or burn the small amount of PTO you have. You're expected to always go above and beyond your own duties but rarely do these employees get recognized for their efforts. Tenured employees consistently fight back against change and innovation which keeps the company from reaching it's true potential. Ownership doesn't listen to production concerns and consistently values money over improving employee moral . Annual performance reviews and pay raises do not exist you'll likely go 3-4 years between raises.
