      Pros

      Pay is regular and there's always something to do

      Cons

      - Very little opportunity for growth - Cult of personality - Micromanagement - Comically restrictive policies and management styles - Vindictiveness by incompetent leadership - Secrecy, backstabbing, closed communication channels, betrayal. All of the pitfalls of a vitality curve with none of the upsides.

      Remote Decent Pay Fun to work with kids

      Cons

      They threatened to remove my pay for not having my camera on after I had already taught the student. This company is cheap, and does not care about the quality of the tutor, they just want to reduce their cost as much as possible.
