      Smart colleagues and valuable support but paternalistic culture

      Pros

      Amazing and smart people to work with and who are highly committed to the work and mission. PCA's are incredible and provide a ton of value. Transparency in their product is real....

      Cons

      Very paternalistic environment at the top, almost like a club-- you are either in or out. Senior Leadership is too far removed from the day to day to understand needs of the organization which could be a detriment to the ability to scale with future growth.

      Remote work with unlimited PTO, but disorganized management

      Remote work. Unlimited PTO is “offered”

      Cons

      No structure. They will bait and switch you. You get hired for one job and then do another. CEO is clueless about what is really happening below him.

      AffirmedRx's culture is truly one of a kind. As a remote organization, there is still a strong sense of connection and teamwork. I always feel supported and valued. It's a great place to work if you want to be part of a meaningful mission that the company truly stands by.
