I really enjoyed the flexibility of working from home. I worked for the company when the pandemic hit, I feel like the rush of the pandemic was handled very well. Management was great and understanding of personal emergencies, and very approachable. I really enjoyed working for AA.
Cons
Towards the end of my time with AA, there seemed to be an issue of people not getting their job done which was getting increasingly more frustrating.
