they're good helping to do the work
Cons
They may offer help, but they will also overwhelm you in many ways outside of the policy. They can act without concern, but you cannot. It also depends on the team, but from my experience, it’s been a lonely journey. I would say that working here has left me with harsh memories that still haunt me.

You'll likely get to work on multiple roles across different projects (consulting, technical, client-facing, etc.). Hands-on experience from start to finish of the project life cycle — from requirements gathering to delivery. Faster skills development compared to bigger companies where roles are more specialized.
Cons
Can feel overwhelming, especially if you're new to consulting or a certain technology.
