1. No job security. They fire you any time. Even when you don't have any idea. You could be next on their list anytime. 2. No appraisal. At the time of appraisal they have list of points for why you are not eligible or capable for the appraisal. 3.No etiquettes and very unprofessional behavior by seniors, even the boss. They literally insult and talk in abusive language to their employees. They treat you like a slave. I still wonder how these people can tolerate this type of behavior from the boss as many of them are came from MNC's. 4. They don't have any facilities for their employees. 5. The most hilarious thing is you have to add them to your social media i.e on LinkedIn so that they can observe your actions ( like if you are interested to switch or looking for other opportunities) 6. They do favours only to their favorite people. And most of them are friends or relatives of the boss. 7. If your hardwork is not in the sight of boss then you are useless investment for them. Even if you work so hard seniors take those all credit and pretends the work is done by them not you. 8. Office Politics is at its best. 9. No one considers the opinion or any suggestions (on particular topic/events) of womens who work there. No value to the ladies staff. 9.They don't have any projects. So don't join this company.
