Young and supportive engineering team, easy to discuss and share knowledge. Chance to work on different domains and modern tech stacks.
Cons
Requirements can change quite fast depending on client projects. Some processes are still not standardized across teams.

Fun, friendly, mentors are always ready to help, accessing latest technology such as blockchain, mobile, etc.
Cons
Not really deep diving into the problems, but into producing the result as fast as possible. I don't feel like learning much here
