      good for new graduate experience but not all for home grown employees

      engage to various building projects and project stages; fast paced work and learning at the same time; friendly colleagues and respectful people from internal to external coordination at all times

      tending to various projects all at once, gets in the way of personal time; low salary offer/increase to home grown employees; limited overtime pay or thank you overtime; company politics (favoritism, credit grabbing, etc.); minimal to no pay increase after years of working and positive feedback from KPI (no yearly increase); “Malasakit” culture is one way to hold its people to work and work
