      If you're someone who's looking to work in interesting projects in the area of NLP and CV then Aidetic will serve you best.

      Cons

      1. Work culture needs to improve. There is no regard to what the employee desires in the work aspect. Just the founders vote in and that is it. Others need to just follow it. 2. Aidetic gives its client more importance than it's employees and gives-in to whatever the client desires even if it effects it's employee. 3. No upward feedback system. Leadership,management needs a lot of work.

      1. Good Projects to Work On, provide strong learning opportunities. 2. The culture was positive up until the end of 2024. However, with many people leaving afterwards, the current situation is uncertain.

      Cons

      1. Appraisals are generally poor. At times, management may provide excuses for not giving them or delaying the process. 2. The company places a very strong focus on client commitments, which can sometimes come at the expense of employees' personal time. For example, even if leave is applied for well in advance, there may still be expectations to attend meetings or handle work during those days.

      Being part of a startup means that you wear a lot of hats and get exposure to different aspects of the business. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic. Every day brings new challenges, keeping the work engaging and exciting. Management is very accommodating of personal circumstances. I had to move back to my hometown temporarily because of a family emergency and I felt very supported during this time. Generous WFH and leave policy
