Pros
Strong healthy company culture and a team packed with talent and strong management. Strong creative vision and production pipelines.
Cons
We get a lot of very good work done but it does not seem like executives at parent company appreciate the work nor do they give us the time or resources we need to take it to the next level. The main supporting equipment including shale shaker, mud cleaner, centrifuges, cuttings dryer, centrifugal pump, degassers, mud agitator, mud tanks, and so on.
