Unprofessional in every possible way No regard for employees personal life, you are at their call 24/7 No regard for employees safety, hr non existing Young inexperienced crazy leadership who thinks they are still in the army Company is riddled with drug use especially at the top level Ridiculously made up titles just to impress clients, not representing the employees skills They are trying to sell a product that's inferior to their claims and cant do half the things they claim They lie to clients about their product capabilities They chew through good people at an alarming rate If you are not Israeli or family you wont succeed

Unreasonable working hours, often as the result of poor management and the state of crisis after crisis. Tense and army-like atmosphere, where each employee is pushed to the limit and told to "take one for the team", while being encouraged to give up personal matters and health in exchange for little to no recognition. Management is hired and promoted on the basis of nepotism. Good, hardworking employees are first to be let go during financial crises, whereas those close to the CEO remain - almost regardless of their performance.
