The culture and the management is very poor.Only 1 HR handle entire employees.Salry deduction in any kind of issues it may late reach office, Timesheet not filled etc ... Top management is all out of date people working they don't know what is going in market technology wise . HR behaviour is very worst and try to become CEO of company. when you leave organisation they will deduct your money and will show you did not follow this terms and conditions.. Please keep searching the job in few more days you will get better place and opportunity.If you will work here will work on out of date technologies.and more thing there is 6 days working..2 or 3 Saturday in a month you need to work. There is a lot other things...
