      Great impact potential, but leadership struggles with reality

      Pros

      Great product - Definitely opportunity to make an impact in the market. Stays focused on principles. Wonderful people that work here. Good pay.

      Cons

      Leadership thinks they are C Level people, which they are not. All came from big name companies and think they desire the same respect and hierarchy versus getting this non profitable company to a profit company.

      I enjoyed my time at Akoya. Wonderful colleagues, and they work hard to promote an excellent company culture. Work/life balance is good.

      government work can be unpredictable
