Cons
They use young people or new graduates to do their work without any payment guarantee And there’s no respect to those employees plus aggressive behavior They don’t teach the new employees have to figure it out if you do a mistake the senior employee or editor in charge gets mad Very toxic work environment they make the work place insufferable place to make you want to leave before getting paid so they wont have to pay you No matter how many months you worked or great job you did they wont sign a contract with you
