      Pros

      Small consulting firm that allows you to see the entire project life cycle. Be apart of the design phase along with the construction management side of tasks. Creating a well rounded engineer.

      Cons

      Disorganized management that seeks more work than their employees can handle, requiring crazy amount of hours, although compensated with OT it can be very tiring.

      Very good team environment. Work hard to play hard. They made it their mission to create meaningful relationships with your co-workers which really helped in producing quality products.
