Pros
They treat me like a good family. They give you permission to fill your duty on family with reasonable case. They give you free to express and expand your thoughts and insight. You're free to work with music on, with normal volume.
Cons
They have so many hierarchy, so it's a little difficult to pursue a private permission (annual leave). They don't pay for extra time. They use reimbursement system for job cost.
