      Really nice people work at Albourne The culture is friendly and not stuffy Many people are friends outside work Our product is honest and fair We do not overcharge our clients for financial services Clients trust us

      Cut throat business decisions are often not made We sometimes put people before what is right for the business The pay is under industry for finance but not for corporate

      Incredible access to the best investors and asset managers in the business. Great group of people.

      Cons

      Lack of appropriate management. Jobs are found for people, rather than the the right jobs for the right people. Lack of clear career path. Lack of focus around future for company. IT is creaking, due to the ambitious nature of what has been taken on.
