We are saddened to learn that you are having a less-than-positive experience, especially as it relates to Alchemy’s culture. We regularly survey employees and the feedback on culture is overwhelmingly positive. This includes scoring 94-95% on culture with our Great Place to Work survey multiple years in a row. Also, through internal surveys and market research, we have found that our PTO policy is competitive and attractive within the Professional Services space. We will look to provide more education on how to take full advantage of this benefit. As for your feedback about processes, methodology, and career opportunities, we thank you for your honesty. Over the last few years, we have invested heavily in these areas and will take these concerns to senior leadership.
