      Excellent food and beverage education Wine steward program to buy wines on menu at cost Very nice restaurant

      Cons

      Long hours High stress Low pay Any time you're tasting beer/wine you're supposed to spit it out, gross Despite how nice the restaurant is you'll never want to come here off the clock

      Outdated pooling system, treated horribly by the owner and management. Little to no reward in working here.

      Pros

      A lot of food and beverage education, you take in a ton of knowledge from the chefs.

      Cons

      Pooling system is incredibly outdated and only benefits bartenders. Any self respecting service worker does not last more than a few months because you’re making almost half of the income you bring in.
