Cons
Growth is exponential but not coordinated nor well planned. Lack of intra and interdepartmental communication which seems absurd considering company middle size. Overworked is required with little recognition, lots of favouritism depending on tenure or historical circumstances. Tolerance to toxic behaviour from old staff who have been working there many years and have no agility/ capability to change. their resistance is preventing the high speed growth required, good ideas from new hires more experienced in the industry are not considered for fear of losing their status quo. Blame culture used instead of looking for improvements.
