Pros

Having worked with a multitude of other companies in the financial division, I can say with full honesty and gratitude that AllOne Health is staying ahead of the curve in its employee and customer operations. AllOne Health has given me the warmest and most welcoming work environment I have ever experienced or even seen. Unlike many organizations that put up a front when first hiring its employees to only turn face once the process is over, AllOne Health really treats you like a good friend. While only finishing my third week here I have learned an immense amount as they focus on ensuring you not only know your job, but how your job affects the rest of the company. This gives me the feeling of really knowing that what I do within the organization matters. Those I work with are not afraid to let me ask questions and take extra time to ensure that I am learning my job as they want me to do it well. The leadership at AllOne do an amazing job at staying connected with everyone. It isn't similar at all to organizations where executives tend to lock themselves in offices and hide from the employees. AllOne Health gets it right through almost textbook like operations. They truly care about employee satisfaction, ensuring they're using up-to-date methods, and creating a place that can be called more than a "workspace".

Cons

I do not believe there are any cons that I could find working here. I truly do enjoy this job.

Pros

Close to home and still working in office

Cons

They preach the importance of work/life balance then expect you to work 11 hour days. They fire the people who work the hardest and do not communicate well with staff when staffing changes. The senior management is all over the place and not consistent. The place runs by the seat of their pants. They pay horrible there is little to no path for advancement though they preach there is.

Pros

Fair pay for the area, great health benefits, and average amount of PTO.

Cons

Terrible work environment, awful management - at all levels, training is non-existent, weekly meetings are held in an in heated conference room in the dead of winter, and HR is passive/aggressive and very dishonest. Most clients are unhappy, and I cannot foresee any longevity for this circus.
