Pros

AFI has a high quality workforce that is diverse in nationality. If you work hard and prove yourself, the Company helps you with career development. You are remunerated well and have the opportunity to travel and meet policymakers from all over the world

Cons

It undoubtedly comes with a white saviour complex but if you focus on what you’re doing it’s easy to tune that out. Some colleagues don’t really get the ethos of the Company and can be quite annoying to work with.
