      Only care about money Cared little for their people Could not keep consistent work year round. Work was very sporadic Owner only cared about money in his pocket

      Small teams mean lots of interaction with senior engineers. Great location downtown Vancouver. Lots of cross-discipline work.

      Cons

      Few opportunities for promotion. Nature of consulting means that promises made by management are often broken related to professional development.
