Alpha Analytical understands that, as the company grows and continues to be successful, we have experienced growing pains. This, combined with the labor shortage that many companies are experiencing, has created more work for fewer employees. We do not exploit our employees and appreciate every employee's hard work.
We have recently increased all pay for employees in addition to giving out two quarterly bonuses recently as part of our employee incentive program. Our employee incentive program is based on sales, so the amount of work that we have coming in to all of our facilities allows us to be able to earn the bonuses that we receive. All of our employees receive bonuses on a yearly basis.
Our president, Mark Woelfel has been with Alpha Analytical for 20 years and has an open door policy with all employees. He strives to make improvements across all departments based on the feedback he receives.
