Toxic environment from the top to the bottom

1. Poor management with no respect for all the staff. 2. Toxic working culture with too much hierarchical structure (i.e., people in superior positions overly pressure those under them). 3. False promises for growth in the company, career and salary wise. (If they don't like you, you will not move anywhere). 4. Working unpaid overtime is a norm to the point that leaving on time is looked down upon and insulted by the management team. 5. No recognition of performance until showing intention to leave. (still, a lot of lies even when they try to keep you). 6. Uneven work distributions.
