If you read the latest reviews, you can see that they're all positive... that's because management is begging employees to embellish their experience at Alpha and posting it so they can get more business deals. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! At first, I was bought into the mission of Alpha, and the people there, but then I quickly realized that this is a BAD place. Although they're mission-driven, they're also manipulative, gaslighting, and toxic. My boss (not my supervisor) messaged me every day to MICROMANAGE every little thing I was doing. She would ask for deliverables that were never mentioned and then get frustrated that they weren't completed. There's an expectation to give your life and soul to the company without anything in return. There were medical providers quitting on the spot because of how overworked, overwhelmed, and underappreciated they were. People are burning out left and right at Alpha, and it's all hidden behind their mission. They do not care about equity! They're all about their branding, so don't be fooled. The reviews here, the reviews on trustpilot, and anywhere else are all a facade. BEWARE!
