Avoid at all costs, gave me no worked in my first month after repeatedly asking for some. Then released me with no warning and made me jobless

The MD is old fashioned and living in the past. He micro manages everything and is very difficult to work for. He takes interest in only what he wants and will get board after 3 weeks. He does not ever understand what you are trying to tell him, but always thinks himself right. After so long of upsetting people he would then jet off to Thailand and take glory for others work upon return. He also has a terrible habit to make you cut corners to save money, and creates a horrible blame game atmosphere.
