Cons

the salary is low for fresh graduates. If you enter the company as a senior staff, the salary is pretty competitive. So there's this huge salary gap between us.

- High turnover rate for IT & Security department. - The ones that take credit sometimes just higher up, staff not valued for their work. - Hard to do improvement projects, to many administration.
