Pros

Nice people and atmosphere. The work is mostly structured, and you’re trusted to do your job without too much micromanagement. I feel comfortable asking questions and learning as I go.

Cons

Like any finance role, there are busy periods, especially around month-end and year end. Things can change as the company grows, so you need to be okay with that.

One of the worst places I have ever worked. Management is horrible. I don’t feel safe going to HR to file a complaint because they will side with management, who lie about incidents. In one case, I went to my department head to complain about a team leader, and the department head told me to take care of it myself because “this is not a kindergarten.” Stay away. Don’t come work here. You will regret it deeply. This is one of the most mediocre places I have ever worked.

The people are really great - high-quality, down-to-earth types. The company values a fair work-life balance and doesn't stress about time-stamps or working hours as long as the job gets done (fingers crossed it stays that way with the new management).

Cons

Although the company tries to present itself as a cutting-edge tech firm, it's quite far from reality. The pay they offer is unreasonably low, and the management doesn't seem to be very receptive to feedback or interested in making improvements.
