Pros
Overall good talent and guidance from senior member. A good place to learn large scale system and gain experience.
Cons
Poor work life balance, manger could be trash when comes from external hiring. Also be aware of the co work who was too aggressive in their career, they could be cool blood and sacrificing your interests. There should be pressure from top down but in the end, it's a tough place to work.
