      Pros

      Coworkers are fun and make the job worth going to. The company is trying to make it better for the hourly team members.

      Cons

      HR. There is no support for employees. HR doesn’t give the time to employees unless it has escalated to the point of no return. Managers take credit for others hard work or push blame. Training is minimal and suggestions for additional training go out the door.
