Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We carefully consider all the feedback. We have introduced many changes over the past year. Below are some updates: Resource Like all businesses emerging from the pandemic, with experienced staff members moving on to more senior roles both inside and outside the company, we acknowledge resources have been stretched at times. We believe this has now been addressed with significant expansion of the team over the last 12 months. Our peak period of delivery is always busy and challenging however we feel we have now the correct systems and size of team in place to manage this effectively, and most importantly in a way that ensures staff feel supported. Performance management/promotions At the end of 2021 we introduced our new “Performance Empowerment” process. This includes setting clear objectives for every employee which are reviewed on a regular basis. Each year we take a careful and considered approach to pay increases and promotions to ensure every employee is rewarded appropriately. Benefits Based on feedback from across the organisation we recently introduced an enhanced benefits package including private healthcare, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, a “Perks at Work” retail discounts scheme, a Values Volunteering Day and a range of other options. This has been well received. Management Structure We have put in place a new monthly “Operational Board” that involves more senior leaders across all areas of the business (all with experience of a variety of tech & recruitment businesses) to ensure we listen and respond to any issues or challenges more quickly than ever. That group meets monthly, and then updates staff each month at separate “Business Briefings” to ensure transparency.

Pros

My time at Amberjack so far has been fun, challenging, and flexible. The level of support I receive from my boss is fantastic. I really feel like I have the opportunity to grow at this company into the future.

Cons

The whole company is fun, flexible, and supportive, but personal experiences can differ slightly based on which department/team you work in.
