Part of the Ambit code is "act with integrity". They absolutely do not practice this. They do not follow though on their promises for furlough or back pay. You are just told to believe that "you should be lucky that they even gave you a chance in the first place." Management is more concerned about placing "butts in seats" than actually having capable and knowledgeable people. There is no onboarding process, you are just expected to "figure it out for yourself".
