Pros
Operations management isgoodto work for. Fair and honest. Employees are friendly and very helpful to new emoyees. I enjoyed my time working there. I had a great claim manager. The also have Remote adjuster jobs all over the state.
Cons
Unfortunately. AFR is governed by a board of directors made up of primarily AFR commissioned agents. These agent run the show. Some board members will not hesitate to use their board position to the benefit of their own agency. Cross one of these board members, you do so at the risk of your job. Keep those guys happy and it's a good place to work.
