Pros

Work from home. Super flexible schedule. Commissions IF you’re lucky to hit it. PTO. A great job if you need something to pay the bills or going to school but not a long term career/position

Cons

My biggest thing is how they try to say they care about their employees but in all reality they don’t. They have nothing in place for individuals who get Covid/flu or hospitalized. Things change constantly. And it seems like all the managers either learned things differently or are not up to date on how things need to be done. Pay is $15.

Pros

You're able to work from home.

Cons

Where do I start. So many people have quit since I started. The whole structure and culture of this place is mediocre. The management starting from team leaders to the team lead Manger needs to be replaced. Issues are stated, yet never addressed. Team leads don't have the knowledge on how to lead and treat people with respect. There is no diversity in the company at all. The job is marketed as a patient representative but it's really just collections. There are monthly goals to me that are ridiculous. Especially when most calls are insurance calls. If you can't hit goals, they take the commission you would have earned away. Employees that have been there longer are allowed to down talk new employees. The culture is super toxic. It's a lot of disrespect from leaders. They think that if they talk nasty to you while smiling that's OK. The owner of the company needs to restructure from the inside starting with management. Then training. The training is horrible no matter how nice the trainers are. As a business owner, I would rather have quality employees stay over keeping mediocre leadership in place. I hope he looks into his company and makes change. So many things happy at this company that's just tacky, and unprofessional. I can't stress enough how toxic and fake nice the culture is. Also all the stuff pcss do, the low pay is not right. If all the pressure of collecting a certian amount was taken off, just that alone would make it better. Overall it's a stressful place to work. They don't want you taking time off when you're sick, yet certain team leaders in ebo is always gone or leaving early. It's too much stress put on pcss to keep the company going. Without us and the actual collections side, the company would fall apart. Also, client relations is so disrespectful. It's like they don't realize that they're your coworker and not mangers. It's just weird what's allowed to happen in that company and nobody is doing anything about it. Work here if you're in need of a job until you get something better. The is not a career.
