    Pay Ok, but the team support is really good. Flexibility around children is great.

    For a CSA the work life balance was ok

    Cons

    Constant changes which are not always communicated properly by management to the staff doing the work
    micro managing

    Advice to Management

    managers should be rotated every 3 years with a 6 month handover period, this way the favouritism would not be allowed to build
