High staff-turnover and no job security - many staff, including plenty of top performers, being fired or pushed out for insignificant reasons or fear of losing their job. Staff are very disposable High pressure environment where team work is promoted but you are constantly against each other. Always come home thinking about work, to an unreasonable extent, and stressed, even in the lower-level jobs. A very false image portrayed of fairness and openness but managers fail to feedback properly on your performance. Give the impression that progression is easy if you work hard, but you will be expected to work your usual job plus commit to the progression programme full time hours and maintain performance during this time
