      Pros

      I loved the actual typesetting and cleaning I did on the pages.

      Cons

      The pay is absolutely terrible, you used to get $1.55 per page and it is now $0.95, with a page taking anywhere from a few minutes to hours to complete. Work life balance is also very difficult since many of the pages take a long time to complete I often spent most of my time if I wasn't eating or sleeping doing the pages to hand in on time to the deadlines. Completely morally unjust company.

      All I got was weird porn to translate, which I should have expected with this not being a proper company for manga

      The managers and such are alright people, they’re easy to talk with, friendly co-workers

      Cons

      The pay is terrible. The rates are so bad and payment will always be a few months late so when I first started I didn’t get payed at all for three straight months. Good for starting off in translation though
