Pros
No Pros, terrible company to work for
Cons
The work environment is affected by internal politics and decisions that can be highly dependent on the owner’s preferences. For example, employees may be asked to attend calls or work on Saturdays at short notice. In sales discussions and industry events, the owner often engages directly with clients alongside the IT team, with limited involvement from the sales team. This can create role ambiguity and reduce the sales team’s ownership of client relationships. There is also limited support from the IT team for ongoing projects, which can impact coordination, delivery, and customer communication. During the induction process, HR may communicate that various employee facilities and benefits are available; however, several of these facilities are not provided after joining.
