Bonuses are fictitious and have not been paid in several years. Constant turnover due to people getting disillusioned and leaving. Inability to raise capital for 2+ years causing financial distress. Misappropriation of funds. Extremely poor management - getting yelled at, being called names, verbal abuse - is very commonplace. A culture of misdirection and falsehood about all aspects of the job from executive level leadership. Leadership will claim certain things are happening, when in fact they are not. Location is far from the central business district.

I still have nightmares of my time at that place. Horrible/back stabbing culture of folks that have an inflated sense of importance and skill set. The management team is terrible and nurtures a culture of fear. 3 CFOs in the last 5 years should tell you everything you need to know. They like to portray confidence and track record but it's all a facade. The Emperor Has No Clothes. It reminds me of Theranos in the US, constantly running out of money and in constant capital raise mode. Every person that leaves is harassed by the management team.
