      Pros

      Li ion technology expert , quality and safety concious , talented chinease management. Best documentation and MES system.

      Cons

      0-2 percent salary increments , less salary , Incompetant Indian management in facility , admin and legal departments. Forced leaves when there is no production . Very less holidays . In beginning 13-14 hrs working hrs later corrected to 9 hrs. Run by chinease management. Bawal plant not constructed as per quality norms.
