Chaos

Pros

On the positive side, the salary is always paid on time, and there’s free ice cream every Thursday.

Cons

The company has its positives, but I wouldn’t recommend starting here — especially in the Land-Based Division. There is a high turnover rate in this department, which management sees as a kind of ‘refreshment.’ Chaos is the norm: requirements constantly change, and deadlines are always urgent — usually expected ‘yesterday.’ There are people in key positions who lack the skills, but act like they’re always right and more important than everyone else.

UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT

Pros

New location new office interior design and standard office accommodations. Standard benefit systems (which are expected from other firms as well). But for the rest - simply stay away from that place (even if they change their name ... frequently as they do)

Cons

Rarely you can sum up so many negative features as the majority of INCOMPETENT people working there. The HR - department is horrible - they can't even post their open job position on the proper platforms and the PEOPLE factor is on last place. Management was shuffled and now numerous people can't give you an explanation of what are they doing there or how can they cope with any of the issues. UNPROFESSIONAL behavior and UNETHICAL treatment of multiple layers of the organization. The newest trademark is OFFERING one thing on paper and afterward - LYING about it and MISLEADING you in your job responsibilities. Social benefits were cut down without any specific reason, and payment bonuses were prohibited... So-called "optimizations" were simple excuses for restricting your rights and better salary expectations. A salary raise or annual payment review is now a thing of the past. Social events at the office were limited and some were removed entirely.
