      - working from home - some nice people

      Cons

      - No growth opportunity - Constant changes in leadership - No salary reviews - Toxic management - Poor company culture - Lack of diversity - Poor staff retention The list goes on…. The company used to be a nice place to work. Now staff are demotivated with lack of direction from leadership. A poorly managed organisation with a strong toxic working culture. Avoid at all cost no matter which country you’re from!!
